HOW DOES PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR WORK?

This is our most frequently asked question, by far. In the simplest terms, paintless dent repair works by approaching the dent from the backside of the body panel and “massaging” it out using specialized tools. Through a series of strategically placed pushes, our skilled technicians are able to erase dents, dings, creases, and hail damage and restore the vehicle to its original pre-dent condition–paint job untouched!

Q: WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

A: Cash, check, or charge.

Q: DO YOU USE DRY ICE?

A: No, we get to the backside of the dent and slowly push the damage up with a series of pushes to the pre-dented position–keeping the factory finish.

Q: HOW LONG DOES PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR TAKE?

A: For minor door dents usually around the same time as an oil change. For hail damage depending on the severity can be as fast as 1 day or several days if we’re waiting on parts or insurance.

Q: MY DENT HAS PAINT TRANSFERRED ON IT, CAN YOU FIX THAT?

A: Yes we can buff that out.

Q: AFTER PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR, DO THE DENTS EVER COME BACK?

A: No, paintless dent repair (PDR) is a permanent repair, which is approved by your insurance provider.

Q: DO YOU OFFER MOBILE SERVICES?

A: Yes, we offer mobile service with in the Twin Cities metro area.

Q: CAN YOU FIX A DENT THAT IS ON A BODY LINE CONTOUR?

A: Yes, we fix a wide variety of damage, including body lines creases, hail damage, dents, and dings.

Q: CAN YOU FIX RUST?

A: Unfortunately no, we focus solely on paintless dent repair. However, we’d be happy to refer you to a trustworthy local body shop.
